After Payment realization, please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be dispatched, Delivery takes normally 3-10 days (See Disclaimer below) depending on the location.
Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that the courier is not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays and the resultant impact on your trip schedules. Any delivery timeline, if advised by us over phone/ email etc, is only tentative and not final.
Urgent delivery or specific shipping instructions will be entertained only if it is communicated to KMM in advance before placing the order and KMM should have acknowledged the same before the order is placed.
Since we offer highly subsidized shipping rates, we reserve the right to use any shipping mode (Air or Road) economical to us. Shipping mode will vary depending on the product weight and delivery location. As of now, we are unable to offer any choice in shipment modes.
We request our customers to be available on the provided contact numbers to accept delivery from the courier companies failing which there are high chances of the package getting returned. In such cases, while we try to help out with delivery to the best of our ability, KMM is not responsible for the return.
As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don’t accept the package or sign the POD and let us know the Name/Phone# of the person delivering the package.
Exchange
Wrong Size
It is understandable that buying any gear with a size label online without trying it on is not easy. So, your order will be eligible for exchange for a different size, Provided the Item(s) is/are unused condition with all the tags intact and the item is sent back within 7 days of purchase at the buyer’s own expense. However, it is advisable, to please refer to the sizing guide on our website, to avoid such situations.
Please note that the buyer will have to pay for actual courier charges again. The exact amount and payment mode will be as advised by KMM which will be communicated to you.
Items received in a damaged or dirty condition, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange can be done only for changes in size. If the size in a required model/product is unavailable, customers may choose from available models/products or wait till the required model is available.
No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
No returns and exchanges for selected products that are on discount sale or clearance sale. For products on sale/clearance, please contact us about the return and exchange applicable before you order. If a certain product description mentions no return / no exchange, that will be strictly followed.
Shipping Error
Despite of processing thousands of transactions every year flawlessly, very rarely, there could be a shipping error at our end like a wrong item/size/color dispatched to you. In such a case, please repack the items and send it to the same address it was sent from (preferably through SpeedPost). Obviously, there will be no charges for reshipping.
Order Cancellation
Confirmed orders cannot be canceled in any circumstances.
